USA Shipping & Handling 

 

~ We are currently offering free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders.

~ Jean Joaillerie does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

 

Canada Shipping & Handling  

 

~ All shipments to Canada are sent by USPS Priority Mail.

~ You will be provided with both a tracking number and customs number.

~ Shipping Cost : $25.95. 

 

Worldwide Shipping & Handling

 

~ All international shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail.

~ You will be provided with a tracking number and a customs number.

~ Shipping Cost : $35.25

~ Delivery time is estimated between 6-10 days.

~ Customs , duties and any other taxes imposed by your country of residence taxes may apply and that is not included.

 

Shipping Times

 

~ All orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders from the “ Nuit Blanc “ Collection are processed within that time if in stock.If not in stock the item can  take up to 10 business days to be made and sent.

 

~ USPS priority mail within the USA usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at the destination

~ USPS priority mail outside the USA is estimated at between 6-10 days

 

How Can I Track My Order?

 

~ Once your order has shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.International clients will also receive a customs number.

~ The status of your order can then be checked on www.usps.com.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

~ Returns or exchanges accepted if you inform us within 2 days upon receipt that there is an issue with a damaged item or you are not happy with the item.

~ However the item has to be returned by usps priority mail to the correct address listed on the " contact us "page and must be unworn and returned in the same            condition it was sent with the packaging and labels attached if applicable .

~ You are responsible for the return shipping charges

~ Your refund will be processed within 48 -72 hours of receiving your package if complies with our return policy.

~ Jean Joaillerie reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
